Philip has been a consultant in occupational medicine to over 1,000 corporate clients and has extensive experience in the management of mental health issues in the workplace, specifically stress-related illness. Philip has acted as an expert on stress in 168 industrial tribunals and court appearances, more than any other occupational health practitioner in the UK.
Sue joined BHSF in 2012, prior to which she set up and ran a highly-successful occupational health business for 13 years. As clinical director of BHSF Occupational Health, Sue is responsible for the clinical direction and excellence of the Company through her leadership and management of the nursing and technician staff. Sue has a Master's degree in Disability Studies
Sharon has worked in occupational health for 16 years. As Operations Manager for the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland region, Sharon is responsible for the administration team and the day-to-day operational running of the Holywood Office.
Keith joined BHSF Occupational Health in 2012, holding the positions of office manager and operations manager prior to assuming his current role as business development manager (North). Keith has over 30 years' experience in finance and administration management within the public and private sectors. Through a consultative approach, Keith ensures that clients are offered the most practical and cost-effective solution to suit their occupational health requirements.
Andrew has over 10 years' experience of working in the occupational health industry, with extensive experience of creating and delivering business-to-business solutions to both private and public sector organisations. Andrew has a client-focused, consultative approach, which has resulted in the successful implementation of many long-term relationships with BHSF Occupational Health clients.
Liza joined BHSF Occupational Health in 2015 having worked in occupational health for over 10 years. Liza has developed new processes to improve the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring a better customer experience. Liza's role, alongside her fellow operations managers, is to ensure the operations of the business run smoothly and efficiently, which includes: managing the administrative processes and resourcing, carrying out quality control checks, maintaining customer relations, producing customer statistics, and project and site management.
Luke joined BHSF Group in 2010 on the Graduate Development Programme, working across the insurance and employee benefits divisions. In September 2016, Luke became Head of Operations for BHSF Occupational Health. Luke is responsible for all operational matters across the UK and Republic of Ireland, and works closely with both the Managing Director and the Clinical Director.
Operations and Practice Manager, Midlands and North
Dawn joined BHSF Newhall Medical Practice in 2006. Prior to this she held administration roles in both the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and a local NHS GP Surgery spanning over 10 years. Dawn is AMSPAR trained and as Practice Manager at BHSF Newhall Medical Practice is responsible for the leadership and management of the administration team.
Senior Customer Relationship Manager, England, Wales and Scotland
Jo joined BHSF Occupational Health in August 2016. Her previous business experience includes planning and scheduling management and project management, with a particular emphasis on the customer journey from contract generation to the end delivery to the customer. Her role as Senior Customer Relationship Manager involves proactively offering ideas and insights to improve the customer experience, and ensuring the highest level of service is being provided. Jo manages existing BHSF Occupational Health contracts to ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilisation of the service that is being sold.
Steven is a consultant occupational physician. He studied Medicine at Liverpool University and became a consultant in Occupational Medicine in 2005, when he became a member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians.
In September 2015 Steven was reaccredited by the GMC following a five-year revalidation process, indicating that he has the necessary skills and knowledge in the occupational health field. He is recognised by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians as a trainer of junior doctors who wish to specialise in Occupational Medicine, and he sits on the Council of the Occupational Medicine section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
Wendy has worked in occupational health for many years, holding senior roles with leading health and wellbeing organisations. Wendy heads up the client services department for the London region. She manages existing client relationships and oversees the administration team, along with the day-to-day running of the region's offices.
Catriona (Cat) has worked in Occupational Health since 2000 and successfully ran her own business for 10 years before joining BHSF in 2014. She is the Clinical Lead at BHSF Occupational Health and is responsible for excellence among OHA/OHTs. Cat has a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology, specialising in Work Related Stress and Ergonomics.
Gauri joined BHSF Occupational Health in January 2017 subsequent to completing her Msc in Medical Anthropology at UCL. She has a particular interest in the social aspects of medicine and focuses on utilising health and wellbeing strategies to nourish and better relationships between her clients and their employees. With an earnest client centric attitude, her role as Customer Relationship Manager (South) involves seeking out and incorporating client feedback to drive the highest level of service and retain business through quality experiences.
Andrew joined BHSF occupational health in September 2017 as customer relationship manager for the midlands. His previous role was with BHSF employee benefits working on the intermediary team. He then completed a 6 month secondment with the occupational Health side of the business and decided to change with this career path. Andrew also has several years of account management working with customers prior to joining BHSF. His current role of customer relationship manager involves ensuring current customers' expectations are delivered and any requirements for further occupational needs are developed.
Jannine Macfarlane joined BHSF Occupational Health in August 2017. As Customer Relationship Manager for Ireland and Scotland, Jannine is responsible for supporting new business opportunities and partnerships with a focus on managing existing BHSF Occupational Health contracts, to ensure the highest level of service is provided to meet client expectations and maintain customer service excellence. Jannine's background in project management roles within pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with a particular interest healthcare has supported Jannine?s development in this customer centric role within Occupational Health.
Melanie has worked in occupational health for 7 years. As Operations Manager for the South, Melanie looks after the administration team along with the day-to-day running of the London office and manages the diaries of the Southern based clinicians.
